摘要
根据实际生产经验,建立起了输送带的黏弹性数学模型,利用Creo三维软件绘制了输送机系统的三维模型,利用ADAMS软件对带式输送机在启动过程中输送带内动张力的变化情况进行了仿真分析,为确保带式输送机系统在启动过程中的安全性和平稳性,对输送机系统启动过程的优化提供了理论基础和技术支持。
According to the actual production experience, established a mathematical model of viscoelastic conveying belt, drawing the three-dimensional model of the belt conveyor system by using Creo 3 D software to start in the process of conveying dynamic tension band is simulated by using the software of ADAMS belt conveyor belt conveyor system, to ensure that in the process of starting the safety and stability, provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the optimization and starting process of belt conveyor system.
