摘要
介绍了无极绳连续牵引绞车的概念、特点,并以运输长度2.5 km、坡度13°、运输重量20 t的无极绳连续牵引绞车为例,通过计算分析其牵引力、功率、绳径比等参数的选择,与同行交流。
This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of the continuous traction winch with endless rope,and takes the continuous traction winch with a transport length of 2.5 km, a slope of 13 °and a weight of 20 t as an example. The selection of the parameters such as traction force, power, rope diameter ratio and so on is analyzed by calculation and analysis, which communicate with peers.
