摘要
分析了ZYl6800/32/70D型大采高支架的乳化液泵站系统以及主供回液系统,提出了四泵两箱的泵站布置方式以及双进双回环形供液的供回液方案;对这种供回液方式进行了压力损失理论计算,从理论上验证这种方式的合理性;提出的乳化液泵站布置方式以及供回液方式是适合大采高工作面ZYl6800/32/70D型支架供液系统的,能够保证支架动作的稳定性与可靠性,实现对大采高工作面的安全高效供液。
This paper analyzes the emulsion pumping station system and the main supply system of ZYl6800/32/70 D type large mining height support, and puts forward the arrangement mode of the pumping station with four pumps and two boxes and the scheme of double inlet and double loop liquid supply.The theoretical calculation of pressure loss is carried out to verify the rationality of this method in theory, and the arrangement mode of emulsion pump station and the way of supplying back liquid are suitable for the ZYl6800/32/70 D type support liquid supply system in large mining face.It can ensure the stability and reliability of the support operation, and realize the safe and efficient liquid supply to the large mining face.
