摘要 进行了故障检测设备的总体方案与硬件平台设计。根据现场检测需求、电源消耗和待机时间、电磁兼容性、可靠性等战技术指标与项目任务书要求,优化设计了电池电源模块、数据采集模块、工控机和显示器等硬件系统的模块化集成总体方案,达到了系统功率、电磁兼容性、便携性、使用方便性与外观美化等方面的和谐统一。采用面向对象的编程技术,开发了故障检测与诊断软件。机电设备电控系统故障检测仪的开发有效地提高了使用单位的维修保障能力。 This type of tracked minesweeping vehicle is the newly developed multi-functional army sweeping equipment. The electric control system is the core of the equipment. It will seriously affect the support ability of equipment in the event of failure. The Design of overall scheme and hardware platform of the fault detection device is implemented. Based on tactical indicators of on-site detection requirements, power consumption, standby time,electronic-magnetic compatibility, reliability, and requirements of project mission, we optimized the whole module integration scheme of power module, data collection module, IPC and monitor. The fault detection and diagnosis software is developed based on object-oriented programming technique, virtual instrument technology, embedded technology and database technology. The results are satisfactory, and effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis. The development of fault detection for the electric controt system of construction machine provides a fast and effective means for fault diagnosis for the maintenance staff, and effectively promotes the military battle effectiveness and support abilities.
