摘要 为了解决61052工作面压架问题,从改变支架工作状态和提高采空区充填率两方面入手,提出并实施了支架"限定变形"工作状态+"采空区留顶煤间隔煤垛"两项主导技术解决压架问题。矿压监测显示,所留煤垛确实能支撑顶板,控制工作面顶板下沉量,实测来压时工作面顶板下沉量一般不超过150 mm,避免了顶板冲击和压死支架情形。 In order to solve the pressure frame problem of 61052 working face, this paper puts forward two aspects,such as changing the working state of the support and improving the filling rate of the goaf.This paper puts forward and implements two main technologies of "limited deformation" working state of the support "coal stacking between the remaining top coal in goaf to solve the pressure rack problem.The monitoring of mine pressure shows that the coal stacking can support the roof and control the roof subsidence of the working face. The roof subsidence of the working face is generally not more than 150 mm when the measured pressure comes in, thus avoiding the roof impact and dead support.
