摘要
针对某煤矿洗煤厂煤泥系统的全面改造中刮板机存在的问题,介绍了刮板机组成、运行原理,分析了刮板机故障情况,并提出改进措施。改造后,有效解决了刮板机存在的刮板易损、更换频繁以及滑道磨损较快等问题,降低了人工劳动强度。
Aiming at the existing problems of scraper in the comprehensive reformation of slime system in a coal mine washing plant, this paper introduces the composition, operation principle of scraper, analyzes the fault situation of scraper,and puts forward some improvement measures. After revamping, the problems of scraper vulnerability, frequent replacement and fast wear of slide track are effectively solved, and the manual labor intensity is reduced.
