摘要
在分析矿井主排水泵节能改造着手点的基础上,以水利损失降低为对象,对如何通过排水泵设计改造实现排水泵能耗的显著降低进行分析研究。分析认为,只有确保叶轮最大水力效率和导叶最大水力效率同时出现时,方能保障叶轮和导叶的进出口喉部具备最优的流动状况,从而使得排水泵具备最佳的水力效率。
On the basis of analyzing the starting point of energy saving reconstruction of mine main drainage pump,taking the reduction of water conservancy loss as the object, this paper probes into how to improve the design of drainage pump to realize the remarkable reduction of energy consumption of drainage pump.Only when the maximum hydraulic efficiency of the impeller and the maximum hydraulic efficiency of the guide vane appear simultaneously, the optimal flow condition of the inlet and outlet throat of the impeller and guide vane can be guaranteed, thus making the drainage pump have the best hydraulic efficiency.
