HGM-B型高摩擦系数合成闸瓦表面自动喷漆设备的设计与应用

摘要 针对人工喷漆作业方式的缺点,设计了一套表面自动喷漆设备。从产品质量、生产效率、环保要求等方面对比分析了该表面喷漆设备的实用性。结果表明,自动喷漆设备能够满足生产工艺要求,保证合成闸瓦表面喷漆质量,同时可以减轻职工的工作强度、改善工作环境,大大提高了生产效率。 According to the shortcomings of artificial spray painting, a set of automatic surface spraying equipment was designed. In this paper, automatic spraying equipment was analyzed the practicability from the aspects of product quality, production efficiency and environmental protection requirements. The results show that the automatic spray painting equipment could meet the requirements of the production process, ensure the quality of the surface painting of the composite brake-shoes. At the same time, it can reduce the work intensity of the workers and improve the working environment, greatly improving the production efficiency.
