摘要
基于单片机电气自动化控制系统在煤矿生产中的应用情况,从设备选型、硬件设计、软件设计三方面分析了煤矿电气自动化控制系统设计的创新与优化以及PLC控制系统程序在某煤矿的应用效果。结果表明:PLC控制技术提升了电气系统运行的稳定性和安全性,减少了企业成本投入,经济、社会效益显著。
Based on the application of single chip microcomputer electric automation control system in coal mine production, this paper analyzes the innovation and optimization of coal mine electrical automation control system design from three aspects of innovative equipment selection, hardware design and software design. The application of PLC control system program is introduced. The result shows that the PLC control technology can improve the stability and safety of the electrical system operation, reduce the cost input of the enterprise, and make the economy and social benefit remarkable.
