摘要
矿井灾变时,立风井的密封复位速度十分关键,为了解决相关的技术难题,对煤矿中立风井的快速复位的技术以及备用的防爆门进行了研究。对备用的防爆门进行了抗冲击和变形模拟实验,结果显示为:现有的与所设计的两个防爆门系统是相互独立的,煤矿井下一旦发生了瓦斯爆炸,该系统可以最快速度封闭风井井口,起到与防爆门一样的功能,既能通风又能反风,备用的防爆门系统有可活动的风门,风门可以在矿井再次或者多次发生爆炸时自动复位或打开,在矿井发生事故时可保证空气的正常流通。
