基于PLC控制系统的构成,分析了PLC控制系统的故障类型,提出了PLC控制系统的故障检测方法,包括跟踪检测法、局部检测法、超时检测法和综合检测法,并针对主机、端口设备和现场设备故障提出了相应的解决方式,为同行提供参考。

Based on the structure of PLC control system, the fault type of PLC control system is analyzed, and the fault detection method of PLC control system is put forward, including the tracking detection method, the local detection method, the time-out detection method and the comprehensive detection method.
