采煤机液压系统油液污染防治技术研究

Oil Pollution Prevention and Control Technology in Hydraulic System of Shearer

采煤机液压系统油液污染对采煤机运转可靠性影响巨大,因此,针对采煤机油液污染的防治难题,对污染的来源及危害进行分析,并结合油液污染控制的小油箱理论,提出了针对性防治的技术和管理措施,为采煤机油液污染的防治提供参考。

The oil pollution of the hydraulic system of shearer has a great influence on the reliability of the shearer.Therefore, in view of the difficult problem of preventing and controlling the oil pollution of the shearer, the source and harm of the pollution are analyzed, and combined with the theory of small oil tank for oil pollution control.The technical and management measures are put forward, which provide the basis for the prevention and control of oil pollution of shearer.
