空间尺寸对淀粉接枝共聚物凝胶成胶效果影响及作用机理--以渤海绥中36-1油田为例 被引量:9

摘要 为解决渤海油藏注水开发过程中注采井间形成的低效和无效循环,需对窜流通道进行治理,而淀粉接枝共聚物凝胶具有初始粘度较低、成胶强度大、封堵效果好和耐酸耐碱等优点,并且在陆地油田大孔道或特高渗透条带治理过程中发挥了重要作用。为此,开展空间尺寸对淀粉接枝共聚物凝胶成胶效果影响的实验研究和机理探索,结果表明,化学反应空间环境对淀粉接枝共聚物凝胶成胶效果存在较大影响,成胶环境空间尺寸愈大,成胶效果愈好。为确保淀粉接枝共聚物凝胶各组成在岩心孔隙内发生交联反应,需在以磨口瓶为成胶环境和粘度为评价指标所取得配方基础上适当提高各组分质量分数。此外,在淀粉接枝共聚物凝胶注入岩心前后注入适量前置和顶替段塞将有助于促进各组分间的交联反应。 Abstract:In order to solve the inefficient and invalid circulation between injection and production wells during waterflooding development in Bohai reservoir,channeling path should be managed,and the starch graft copolymer gel has the advantages of low initial viscosity,high gelling strength,good sealing effect and acid and alkali resistance. It plays an importantrole in the process of large-channel oilfields or ultra-high permeability zones in land oilfields. Experimental study and mechanism of the effect of space size on the gelling effect of the starch graft copolymer were carried out. The results showthat the chemical reaction space environment has a great effect on the gelling effect of the starch graft copolymer,and when the space size is larger,the gelling effect is better. In order to ensure the cross-linking reaction of the starch graft copolymer in the core pores,the concentration of the components that obtained by taking the grinding bottle as the gelling environment needs to be increased while taking the viscosity as the evaluation index. In addition,it is necessary to inject pre-slugs and displacement slugs before and after the injection of the starch graft copolymer into the core,and it will contribute to the promotion of cross-linking reactions among the components.
