结肠次全切除术治疗梗阻性左半结肠癌患者的临床效果分析

Analysis on the Clinical Efficacy of Subtotal Colectomy for Obstructive Left-colon Carcinoma

为观察结肠次全切除术治疗梗阻性左半结肠癌患者的疗效,将梗阻性左半结肠癌患者100例根据其手术方案进行分组,试验组50例实施结肠次全切除术治疗,对照组50例实施结肠全切除术治疗,对比2组结肠癌患者的治疗效果。结果显示,试验组手术时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),试验组术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率和死亡率试验组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,结肠次全切除术治疗梗阻性左半结肠癌患者具有并发症少、住院时间短,手术操作简单、疗效显著等优点。

This study was to observe the effect of subtotal colectomy for obstructive left-colon carcinoma, divided 100 cases of this carcinoma into trial group and control one according to their surgical regimes,i.e trail group（ n=50） received above procedure,meanwhile control group received total colectomy （ n=50）, then compared both group＇s effect.As results,trial group was significantly shorter than control one in the time for operation,and the hospital stay（ P〈0.05）;less significantly in intraoperative bleeding volume（ P 〈0.05） ;and lower significantly in the incidence of complication and mortality（ P〈0.05）.Results show that subtotoal eoleetomy for obstructive left-colon carcinoma has such merits as less complication, shorter hospitalization time, simpler surgical manipulation, and great effect, etc.
