宫颈癌与肛门HPV病毒感染及肛门细胞异常的研究

Study on Anal HPV Virus Infection and Anal Cytological Abnormalities with Cervical Cancer

为探讨肛门人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染阳性率和肛门细胞异常等级与宫颈癌的相关性。随机选取2016年1～10月在我院就诊的液基薄层细胞学患者367例,宫颈炎152例,宫颈癌前病变127例,宫颈癌88例,观察3组患者肛门HPV病毒感染阳性率和肛门细胞异常等级。结果显示,宫颈炎组宫颈高危HPV感染阳性率为22.37%(34/152),癌前病变组宫颈高危HPV感染阳性率为59.84%(76/127),宫颈癌组宫颈高危HPV感染阳性率为94.32%(83/88),3组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。宫颈炎组肛门高危HPV感染阳性率为4.61%(7/152),癌前病变组肛门高危HPV感染阳性率为37.01%(47/127),宫颈癌组肛门高危HPV感染阳性率为60.23%(53/88),3组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。宫颈癌组和癌前病变组患者肛门细胞异常等级高于宫颈炎组患者(P均<0.05),且宫颈癌组患者肛门细胞异常等级高于癌前病变组(P<0.05)。结果表明,宫颈癌患者肛门高危HPV病毒感染阳性率和肛门细胞异常等级升高,应引起临床重视。

This study was to explore the correlation between the positive rate of anal HPV virus infection the abnormal degree of anal cytological and cervical cancer.The 367 cases with thin-preparation cytologic test（TCT） abnormalities in authors＇ hospital from Jan. to Oct. 2016 were randomly seleted to be studied, 152 cases with cervicitis, 127 cases with precancerous lesion and 88 cases with cervical cancer.The positive rate of anal HPV virus infection and the abnormal level of anal cytology in three groups were observed.As results,the positive rate of high risk HPV infection in cervicitis group was 22.37%（34/152）,in precancer ous lesion group was 59.84%（76/127） and in cervical cancer group was 94.32%（83/88）,and there was sta- tistical difference （all, P〈0.05）. The positive rate of anal high risk HPV infection in cervicitis group was 4.61%（7/152） ,in precancerous lesion group was 37.01%（47/127） and in cervical cancer group was 60.23% （53/88） ,and there was statistical difference （all, P 〈0.05）. The level of abnormal anal cytology in cervical cancer group and precancerous lesion group were higher than that in cervicitis group, and the level of ab normal anal cytology in cervical cancer group was higher than that in precancerous lesion group（all, P〈0.05）. Results show that the cervical cancer patients have a higher risk of anal HPV virus infection and a- nal abnormal cytology grade, which should be paid attention during clinical process.
