手术治疗肛周脓肿228例疗效观察

Surgical Treatment of Perianal Abscess:Effect Observation on 228 Cases

为观察手术治疗肛周脓肿的疗效,回顾性分析我院近6年收治的228例肛周脓肿患者的临床资料,其中96例采用传统切开引流术治疗,132例采用一次性根治术治疗,术后均采用中药熏洗,并对2种手术方法及术后复发情况进行比较。结果显示,传统切开引流术后肛瘘形成率高,大多需行二次手术。结果表明,一次性根治术疗效确切,复发率低,可有效避免二次手术,可作为肛周脓肿治疗的首选手术方法。

This study was to observe the effect of surgical treatment of perianal abscess.Authors retrospec- tively analyzed the clinical data of 228 cases who admitted and received treatment of perianal abscess in au- thor＇s hospital in recent 6 years,among whom 96 received conventional surgery of incision ＆. drainage, meanwhile rest 132 received primary radical procedure;after surgery two groups all adopted TCM fuming wash;then compared two methods of operation and postoperative recurrence. As results, after conven tional procedure the formation rate of anal fistula is high,and majoritory still need secondary operation.Re suits show that primary radical procedure just has certain effect,low recurrence rate,thus effectively avoi ding secondary operation,therefore it could be first choice to treat perianal abscess.
