核磁共振在复杂性肛瘘诊断和治疗中的应用

MRI for Diagnosing & Treating Complex Fistula in Ano

为探究核磁共振(MRI)在复杂性肛瘘的诊断与治疗中的应用价值,回顾性分析2014-2017年收治的48例复杂性肛痿患者,术前对其进行MRI增强检查,以手术结果为标准,将前后瘘管走向、内口位置、有无存在支管及主要瘘管与肛门括约肌之间关系结果进行对比。结果显示,MRI能精准显示瘘管数目,主管走向、内口位置及与肛门括约肌的关系。结果表明,MRI对手术有一定的指导意义。

In order to explore the application value of MRI for diagnosing ＆ treating complex anal fistula, authors retrospectively analysed the data of 48 cases with complex anal fistula who admitted in author＇s hospital from 2014 to 2017 yr. before surgery these patients received intensive MRI inspection,according to surgical outcome they were compared in the trend of front fistula tract and back one, the location of inter- nal opening,with or without branch tract,as well the ralation of main tract and anus sphincter.As results, MRI can accurately display the number of fistula tracts, the trend of main tract, the location of internal o- pening as well their relation to anal sphincter.Results show that it having certain introductory significance to surgery.
