手术配合仙方活命饮外洗治疗肛周脓肿30例临床观察

Surgery Combined with Sitz Bath of Xianfang Huoming Yin Decoction in the Treatment of Perianal Abscess:Clinical Observation on 30 Cases

为观察手术配合仙方活命饮外洗治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效,将60例肛周脓肿患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。2组均行肛周脓肿手术治疗,对照组术后常规换药,同时每天排便后用1:5 000 PP液坐浴;治疗组术后常规换药,同时每天排便后给以仙方活命饮为基础的中药方剂坐浴;并对2组患者疗效及创面愈合时间、并发症等方面进行比较。结果显示,治疗组治疗后在总有效率、肛门疼痛、创面愈合时间等方面,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果表明,手术配合仙方活命饮外洗治疗肛周脓肿治愈率高,并发症少,可缩短疗程,疗效满意。

This study was to observe the clinical effect of surgery cooperated with sitz bath of Xianfang Huoming Yin decoction in the treatment of perianal abscess （PA）,randomly divided 60 cases with PA into control group and treatment group,30 cases for each,which both group＇s patients all received surgery, but afterward the former adopted routine dressing exchange and sitz bath with 1 ： 5 000 PP solution daily after defecation,meanwhile the latter adopted above decoction being as basis＇s TCM formula in sitz bath;then compared effect,wound-surface healing time and complication status, etc, between the two groups. As re- sults,in total effective rate,pain of anus,wound-surface healing time,etc,the latter was all superior to the former（ P〈0.05）.Resuhs show that above Xianfang Huoming Yin decoction cooperated with surgery in the treatment of PA has high curative rate,less complication,can shorten medical course but with satisfac tory effect.
