自拟硝矾痔洗方熏洗坐浴治疗痔、肛裂的临床效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Fuming & Wash Sitz Bath with Self-designed Xiaofan Zhixi Fang in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids and Anal Fissure

为观察自拟硝矾痔洗方熏洗坐浴治疗痔、肛裂的临床效果,选取我院2015年2月至2017年11月收治的痔、肛裂患者800例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组400例。观察组采用自拟硝矾痔洗方熏洗坐浴治疗,对照组采用马应龙麝香痔疮膏外涂配合PP液坐浴治疗,比较2组临床效果。结果显示,观察组患者的疼痛程度以及便血情况优于对照组(P<0.05),并且治疗的总有效率以及痊愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,采用自拟硝矾痔洗方熏洗坐浴治疗痔、肛裂,可以使患者的疼痛程度及便血情况得到有效改善,进而提高治疗效果。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of fuming ＆ wash sitz bath with self-designed Xi- aofan Zhixi Fang （a TCM fuming ＆ wash formula for hemorrhoids） in the treatment of hemorrhoids and anal fissure,selected 800 cases who admitted and received treatment in author＇s department from Feb. 2015 to Nov. 2017 yr. and randomly divided them into observation group and control one, 400 cases for each, which the former adopted above TCM formula for fuming ＆ wash sitz bath in the treatment of their hem- orrhoids and anal fissure, meanwhile the latter adopted Mayinglong ointment for hemorrhoids and PP solu- tion for doing so; then compared both group＇s clinical efffect.As results,in pain degree and hematochezia the former was superior to the latter （ P〈0.05） ,in total effective rate and curative rate the former was higher than the latter（ P〈0.05）.Results show that the self-designed fuming ＆ wash formula can make pain and hematochezia of hemorrhoids,anal fissure patients improved effectively,so that enhance curative efficacy.
