摘要
猪肉作为中国传统的肉类产品,在我国肉类膳食结构中一直居于主导地位,猪肉的安全状况更是受到消费者的关注与重视。笔者以无公害猪肉为例,通过调研了解消费者对无公害猪肉的认知程度,运用描述统计和回归分析的方法分析数据,得出消费者对无公害猪肉社会认知度有待提高、购买意愿不太强烈的结论,并针对无公害猪肉的消费问题提出建议。
Pork, as a traditional Chinese meat product, has been playing a leading role in the meat diet structure. The safety status of pork is even more concerned and valued by consumers. This paper uses pollution-free pork as an example. Through investigation, we have learned that consumers understand the market of pollution-free pork, and use descriptive statistics and regression analysis methods to analyze the data, and conclude that consumers' social awareness of pollution-free pork needs to be improved. The willingness to buy is not very strong, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the consumption of pollution-free pork.
