摘要
亚硫酸钠(Na_2SO_3)是食品行业中常用的添加剂,具有明显的漂白、防腐、疏松、抗氧化等作用。但长期低剂量食用亚硫酸钠对机体组织器官有明显的损伤作用。为了研究亚硫酸钠对雄性小鼠生殖能力的影响,笔者拟用不同浓度的亚硫酸钠攻毒雄性小鼠7d,而后检测睾丸内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力。通过制作睾丸组织石蜡切片和超微切片,观察分析攻毒前后睾丸组织的细胞和亚细胞变化。结果发现,试验组SOD、GSH-PX活力都有不同程度的降低,MDA含量增高,与对照组比较差异显著或极显著。睾丸精小管内各级精细胞稀疏,排列紊乱,局部细胞有坏死脱落现象,坏死细胞核固缩、浓染或者崩解。精细胞内线粒体肿胀,线粒体膜不完整,溶酶体增多,内质网紊乱,细胞核内染色质缺损。部分精细胞坏死,核崩解或消失。以上结果说明,亚硫酸钠过度使用会降低睾丸组织内的抗氧化酶活力,提高代谢产物丙二醛的含量,对睾丸组织细胞和亚细胞结构造成损伤。攻毒组内睾丸抗氧化酶活力和病理学变化呈现出明显的量效关系。
Sodium sulfite (Na2SO3) is a commonly used additive in the food industry. It has obvious effects such as bleaching, anticorro- sion, loose and oxidation resistance. However, ingested the low dose of sodium sulfite for long times has obvious damage to the tissues and organs in the bodys. In order to study the effect of sodium sulfite on the capacity of reproductive in the male mice. The mice were dealed with different concentrations of sodium sulfite for 7 days, The activity of SOD, GSH-PX, the content of MDA, Made the paraffin section and ultrathin section of testicular tissue to detecte changes of the cells and subcellular in the testicular tissue. The results showed that the activity of SOD and GSH-PX, MDA content increased. The difference was significant or significant compared with the control group. All levels of spermatocyte in testic are sparsed and disordered. The local ceils had necrosis. The sperm cells fall off into the lumen. Necrotic nuclei were solid, thick or disintegrating. Mitochondrial swelling, incomplete mitochondrial membrane and lysosomes increase in spermatocyte. Endoplasmic reticulum disorder, chromatin defects in the nucleus. Partial sperm cell necrosis, nuclear disintegration or disappearance. Conclusion: the excessive use of sodium sulfite will reduce the activity of antioxidant enzyme in testicular tissue. The content of malondialdehyde was improved. Injury to the cell and subcellular structure in testicular tissue. The activity of testicular antiox- idant enzyme and the pathological changes showed the obviously quantitative relationship between the control group and treatmented groups with excessive sodium sulfite.
