以名老中医为中心的中医临床带教模式探讨

The Chinese medicine clinical teaching model:veteran doctors of TCM-centric model

中医临床带教在临床实习中有着重要而积极的作用,笔者通过多年建设名老中医传承工作站的经验和临床带教中的思考,总结出了一套"以名老中医为中心"的临床带教模式。将名老中医学术经验集替代中医临床教材作为贯通中医理论与临床实践的桥梁;通过对话名老中医,使学生正确认识中医的地位与价值;通过名老中医教学查房、跟诊名老中医抄方学习来锻炼中医思维,坚定中医信念;通过参加名老中医学术经验研讨会议思考中医的继承与发展问题。该教学模式充分发挥了名老中医在中医教学中的价值,突出锻炼中医思维,重视中医基本技能训练,启发中医相关问题思考,值得在临床教学中推广。

TCM clinical teaching has great importance. Through the experience from years of veteran doctors of TCM heritage workstation construction, the author concludes a clinical teaching model. Clinical teaching materials of TCM are replaced by academic experience set as a bridge of theories and clinical. Through following teachin grounds and clinical teaching, participation in the seminar and conversation with veteran doctors of TCM, the students could correctly understand TCM, and consider the inheritance and development of TCM. This teaching mode gives full play to the value of veteran doctors of TCM, highlights the thought of TCM and basic skills training,and inspires the thinking of relevant problems, which need to be popularized.
