摘要
中医学不同于西医学,二者有着不同的思维模式,在临床教学中不能完全照搬西医的教学模式,必须遵循中医的临床思维模式。象思维模式是中医原创的思维模式,是训练中医临床必备的思维模式,中医精神科临床教学过程中必须遵循这一模式,以象思维为核心从中医病名、精神疾病常见精神症状以及具体疾病的辨证模式等方面探讨象思维模式在中医精神科临床教学中的应用,以期为中医精神科临床教学提供方法。
Chinese medicine is different from western medicine, which has different thinking patterns. In clinical teaching, the clinical thinking mode of TCM must be followed. The mode of Xiang thinking is the original thinking mode of TCM, which is the necessary mode for the training of TCM. This paper explores the application of Xiang thinking mode in the clinical teaching of TCM psychiatry in terms of TCM disease name, common mental diseases and syndrome differentiation pattern of specific disease, which provide methods for clinical teaching of TCM psychiatry.
