意大利地中海水牛同期发情-人工授精试验效果的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了繁育纯种地中海水牛,试验采用"促黄体素释放激素A3+氯前列醇+促黄体素释放激素A3"同期化处理国外引进的地中海育成水牛,并用引进的地中海水牛冻精进行人工授精。结果表明:经同期化处理的地中海水牛发情率为87.07%,淡、旺季发情率差异不显著(P〉0.05);情期受胎率为37.39%,旺季配种受胎率显著高于淡季;淡季母牛48 h内排卵率为59.72%,旺季为81.13%,差异显著(P〈0.05)。间隔一定时间重复处理不影响发情率和受胎率。地中海水牛同期发情-人工授精效果与摩拉水牛、尼里-拉菲水牛、本地水牛的处理效果基本一致。 To breed pure Mediterranean Buffalo, the imported Mediterranean buffalo was taken the estrus synchronization treatment by "GnRH+ PGc + GnRH" method and then were taken artificial insemination with imported Mediterranean buffalo frozen semen. Results showed that the oestrus rate of the treated Mediterranean buffalo was 87.07% ,and there was no significant difference between the off-season and the boom sea- son. Conception rate in oestrus was 37.39%, which was significantly higher in boom season than that in off-season. The ovulation rate during 48h of treatment in off-season was 59.72%, while it was 81.13% in boom season with no significant difference. Repeat interval treatment did not affect the rate of estrus and pregnancy rate. These results indicated that treatment efficiency of estrus synchronization and artificial insemination between Mediterranean buffalo, Murrah buffalo, Niri-Rafi buffalo and local buffalo were basically the same.
