一株猫免疫缺陷病毒的亚型鉴定

摘要 为了解哈尔滨地区猫免疫缺陷病毒(FIV)流行的亚型情况,试验于2016年1—4月份在哈尔滨市香坊区采集流浪猫全血40份进行血清学检测和分子生物学检测,通过ELISA抗体检测鉴定出一株FIV,从阳性血液样品中提取基因组DNA,通过巢氏PCR扩增得到目的片段env V3-V5高变区,并对该样品进行了序列分析及亚型鉴定。结果表明:该阳性样本为FIV A亚型。 To understand the subtypes of FIV prevalent in Harbin area,a total of 40 blood samples of stray cats were collected from January to March in 2016 and were taken for serological detection and molecular biological detection. One of them was identified as FIV positive by ELISA. DNA was extracted from the positive sample, and the env V3-V5 region was amplified by nested polymerase chain reaction (nested-PCR). Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the positive belongs to subtype A of FIV.
