“天绘一号”立体测绘相机力学环境适应性研究 被引量:1

摘要 立体测绘相机的结构力学分析和热分析是与有效载荷设计、制造和工程阶段状态确定密切相关的关键技术,基于CAE技术,对天绘一号立体测绘相机的结构进行了静力学、动力学性能分析、热光学性能分析和动力学载荷响应分析,研究了相机在微重力作用下抵抗变形的能力,相机抗外界干扰能力以及在发射、动力试验过程中的抗破坏能力。针对测绘相机正弦扫描Y向加速度响应过大的问题,基于Hyper Works软件对立体测绘相机模态进行了拓扑优化方法研究,预测了最佳的材料分布,建立了测绘基座的最优结构布局。根据拓扑优化结果修改后的测绘基座有效提高了立体测绘相机的动态刚度,使测绘相机的基频从105.5 Hz提高到114 Hz,提高了测绘相机动力学性能,降低了整机的Y向动力学响应,保证了改进测绘基座后测绘相机的力学环境适应性。试验结果表明,设计方法使测绘基座能有效满足系统的力学环境适应性要求,并提高方案设计和优化的效率。该优化设计方法对测绘相机研制以及其他空间光机结构的设计都具有一定借鉴意义。 Structural mechanics analysis and thermal analysis of the Stereo Mapping Camera are key technologies which are relative close to the payloads design,manufacture and engineering phases.Based on CAE technology,the structure of the Mapping Satellite-1 Stereo Mapping Camera is analyzed on static and dynamic mechanical performance and thermal-optical performance and dynamical response in order to investigate the ability to resist to the low gravity,avoid the external disturbance and avoid damage during launch and dynamic experiment.Aiming at the problem that the sine vibration acceleration response along Y direction of Stereo Mapping Camera is too large,the topology optimization method of the Stereo Mapping Camera mode is studied based on the Hyper Works software.Thus,the best material distribution is predicted,and the optimal structural layout of the mapping foundation-seat is established.The mapping foundation-seat modified by topology optimization effectively improves the dynamic stiffness of the Stereo Mapping Camera.The fundamental frequency of the Stereo Mapping Camera is increased from 105.5 Hz to about 114 Hz,which improves the dynamic performance of the Stereo Mapping Camera,and reduces the Y direction dynamic response of the whole machine,and ensures the mechanical environment adaptability of the Stereo Mapping Camera after the improvement of mapping foundation-seat.The test results show that the design method proposed in this paper makes the mapping foundation-seat can effectively meet the mechanical environment adaptability requirements of the system,and improve the efficiency of the design and optimization of the scheme.The optimization design method has some reference significance for the development of the mapping camera and the design of other space optical machine structures.
