摘要
远程拉曼系统已经开始用于深空物质检测,要求远程拉曼系统具有小型化,抗辐射和低功耗等特点。为了解决通过降低激光脉冲能量来实现低功耗情况下,拉曼信号信噪比降低的问题,提出了一种新的拉曼光谱寻峰算法,根据远程拉曼特点,采用统计学中Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验作为寻峰方法,以此提高拉曼光谱的信噪比。为此建立了一个远程拉曼系统,实验中使用的激光脉冲能量为3 mJ,检测距离为3.15 m。通过对设定的参数进行检验,验证了基于Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验的远程拉曼光谱寻峰算法的准确性和普适性。
The remote Raman system has been applied for deep space material detection.The required features include miniaturization,anti-radiation and low power consumption,etc.To overcome the problem of low signal-to-noise ratio of Raman signal by reducing the laser pulse energy,one kind of Raman spectrum peak searching algorithm is proposed.According to the remote Raman characteristics,the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test as a peak-searching method is adopted to enhance the signal to noise ratio of the Raman spectrum.To this end,a remote Raman experiment system is established.In the experiment,the laser pulse energy is set to be 3 m J and the detection distance is set to be 3.15 meters.By testing the set parameters,the accuracy and universality of the remote Raman spectrum searching algorithm based on Kolmogorov-Smirnov test are verified.
