长链非编码RNA与肿瘤关系研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目的长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是指长度大于200核苷酸且无编码蛋白质功能的RNA。近年研究发现lncRNA广泛的参与细胞内大量生物学过程,在肿瘤发生发展过程中扮演重要角色。另外,lncRNA在肿瘤治疗方面也取得了重大进展。Gayatri Arun等人和Ionis制药公司合作设计了靶向lncRNA Malat1的药物,能显著在乳腺癌模型鼠身上抑制肿瘤进程。更深入研究lncRNA有望为肿瘤的治疗开启新的思路。本文结合中外文献报道对lncRNA和肿瘤关系研究进展做一综述。 Objective Long non-coding RNAs( long ncRNAs,lncRNA) are defined as non-protein coding transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides. Recent studies of lncRNA found that lncRNA widely involve in various biological processes of body,which plays important roles in tumor development. In addition,lncRNA has made significant progress in the treatment of cancer. Gayatri Arun et al and Ionis Pharmaceutical ' s group had designed the lncRNA Malat1 targeted antisense oligonucleotides( ASOs) which could inhibit tumor progression in breast cancer rat model. Thus,deeper research of lncRNA may find out a new therapy for inhibiting cancer progression. This article will discuss the relationship between lncRNA and tumor.
