妊娠母猪后肢运动能力与品种、产次、瞳孔强直时间相关性的研究 被引量:1

Study on the correlation between hind limb reflex ability of pregnant sows and breeds,parity and pupillary ankylosis time

摘要 为了研究妊娠母猪后肢运动能力与品种、产次、瞳孔强直时间的相关性,试验采用新型瞳孔检测仪对637头妊娠母猪进行瞳孔反射检测,从被检测的637头母猪中随机选择76头母猪进行斜板测试,分别记录每头母猪能够承受的最大角度与停留的最长时间,并依据改良后的BBB评分标准对妊娠母猪进行评分。结果表明:各品种综合后对最大承受角度的影响极显著(P〈0.01),各产次综合后对最大承受角度的影响显著(P〈0.05),品种为大白时产次对最大承受角度的影响显著(P〈0.05);各品种综合后对最长承受时间的影响显著(P〈0.05);各品种综合后对最终得分的影响极显著(P〈0.01),各产次综合后对最终得分的影响显著(P〈0.05);瞳孔强直时间对最大承受角度、最终得分、最长承受时间的影响均极显著(P〈0.01)。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between hind limb reflex ability of pregnant sows and breeds,parity and pupillary ankylosis time. The pupillary reflex of 637 pregnant sows was detected with a new pupillary detector. Seventy-six sows were randomly selected from 637 sows to subject the bevel bat test. The maximum angle and length of stay of each sows were recorded,and the pregnant sows were graded according to the improved BBB scoring standard. The results showed that the effect of breeds on the maximum of afford angle was extremely significant( P〈0. 01). The effect of parity on the maximum of afford angle was significant( P 0. 05). When the breed was large white,the effect of parity on the maximum bearing angle was significant( P〈0. 05). The effect of breeds on the maximum of afford time was significant( P〈0. 05). The effect of breeds on the final scores was extremely significant( P〈0. 01). The effect of parity on the final scores was significant( P〈0. 05). The effect of pupil reflex length time on the maximum of afford angle,final scores and maximum of afford time were extremely significant( P〈0. 01).
