摘要
为了研究不同猪种不同泌乳期母乳外核体中miR-30a和miR-30d的表达模式,试验采用荧光定量PCR方法检测了不同泌乳期(0,3,7,14,21,28天)杜洛克猪和梅山猪母乳外核体中miR-30a和miR-30d的差异表达。结果表明:两品种猪母乳外核体中miR-30a和miR-30d的表达模式相似,均表现为0-3 d极显著高于7-28 d(P〈0.01);梅山猪母乳外核体中miR-30a和miR-30d在0-3 d的表达量均高于杜洛克猪。说明miR-30a和miR-30d能够调控仔猪免疫系统发育。
In order to study the expression patterns of miR-30 a and miR-30 d in pig breast milk exosomes during different lactation periods,the differential expression of miR-30 a and miR-30 d in breast milk exosomes of Duroc pig and Meishan pig was detected at different lactation periods( 0,3,7,14,21 and 28 days) by fluorescence quantitative PCR( Q-PCR) method. The results showed that the expression patterns of miR-30 a and miR-30 d in breast milk exosomes in two breeds were very similar across the entire lactation periods. In detail,the expression levels of miR-30 a and miR-30 d in 0-3 days were significantly higher than that in 7-28 days( P〈0. 01). The expression levels of miR-30 a and miR-30 d in Meishan pig were significantly higher than that in Duroc pig in 0-3 days( P〈0. 01). The results indicated that miR-30 a and miR-30 d could regulate the development of immune system in piglets.
