This study is based on the questionnaire for 310 college teachers who were randomly selected. The psychological capital questionnaire, the job performance questionnaire and the occupational happiness questionnaire were used to explore the relationship of college teachers'occupational well-being and job performance, especially the mediating effect of psychological capital between the two.The results show both the college teachers'psychological capital and their occupational well-being are in lower levels, while their job performance is in an upper level; There exists a significant positive relationship among the job performance, the psychological capital and their occupational well-being. When psychological capital entered into the regression equation, the occupational well-being still remains a significant effect on the college teachers'working performance, while the regression decreases. The conclusions are that college teachers'psychological capital and occupational well-being are not in high levels generally, while their job performance is relatively better;Their occupational well-being has a strong predictive effect on their job performance;Their psychological capital is playing apart of intermediary role between their occupational well-being and job performance.Improving the college teachers'psychological capital will help enhance their occupational well-being and job performance.
