房间隔缺损封堵术后封堵器脱落致阿斯综合征成功救治1例 被引量：5

摘要 1临床资料患者男,41岁,因＂胸闷、乏力2月余＂于2016年12月14日入住广西医科大学第一附属医院。既往有糖尿病史,规律服用口服降糖药物,血糖控制良好。否认高血压病、冠心病。入院查体：体温36.8℃,脉搏90次/min,呼吸20次/min,血压140/81 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）;神志清楚,口唇、甲床无发绀;胸廓对称无畸形.
