“读懂广州，聚焦品质”——城市品质提升的广州范式

＂UNDERSTANDING GUANGZHOU, FOCUSING ON QUALITY＂： PARADIGM OF URBAN QUALITY PROMOTION IN GUANGZHOU

城市品质逐渐被重视起来，但是我国城市品质提升策略普遍存在着对城市空间、人文、规制等的响应不足的问题。据此本文提出了城市品质提升的结构范式，即城市品质提升的物质性、在地性和建构性方法。广州最新一轮的城市品质提升系列行动实践以城市品质的在地性和物质性提升为重点，开展了城市品质建构性的初步探索。这些实践和探索主要包括：打遣城市客厅和标志性公共空间，展现精致品质；建构城市路径，展现特色主题；修补历史记忆，展现城市魅力；精细化街道设计，体现工匠精神。

Urban quality has gained gradually recognition. However, the strategy of improving urban quality in China is generally in lack of response to urban space, humanity, and regulation. Based on this, this paper puts forward the structure paradigm of urban quality improvement, i.e., the physical, local, and constructive methods of urban quality improvement. The latest round of urban quality improvement in Guangzhou is based on the local and physical upgrading of urban quality, with a preliminary exploration of the constructive improvement of urban quality. These practices and explorations mainly include： building urban living room and the symbolic public space to reflect fine quality, constructing urban path to present the characteristic theme, repairing historic memory to show the city＇s charm, as well as refined street design to reflect craftsman spirit.
