摘要
某既有住宅需增设电梯,由于持力层埋藏较深,根据基础方案经济技术对比分析最终选用钢管混凝土树根桩。通过该工程实例,阐述了钢管混凝土树根桩的设计和施工工艺。施工结果表明,钢管混凝土树根桩具有对原有建筑物影响小、施工作业面小、工期短、造价低等优势。
A certain residential building needs to be added to the elevator, because the bearing layer is buried deeper, the concrete filled steel root pile is finally selected aeeording to the comparative analysis of the economic and technical analysis of the basic scheme. The design and construction technology of the concrete filled steel root pile are expounded through the example o fthe project. The construction results show that the concrete filled steel root pile has the advantages of small influence on the original building, small construction operation surface, short construction period, low cost and so on.
