特色小镇其作用是连接农村和城市的纽带,小镇中相关的配套功能,应该有足够的产业予以支撑,从而实现促进农业人口城镇化转移,并且能够将公共服务平台推近农民。论文论述了特色小镇的建设和产业新城建设中遇到的问题,并针对这些问题采取有效措施进行加以改进,并针对这些问题和改进解决方式进行论述和分析,希望能够抛砖引玉,为后者提供借鉴的意义。

The role of characteristic towns is to link rural and urban areas. The supporting functions of towns should have enough industries to support them, so as to promote the urbanization of agricultural population and to push public service platforms closer to farmers. This paper discusses the characteristics encountered in the town＇s construction and industrial town in the building, and for these problems and take effective measures to improve the response to these problems and improve the ways to solve are discussed and analyzed, hoping to attract, to provide reference for the latter.
