建设海绵城市的重要目标是有效控制雨水径流及其污染的问题,根据2016年10月《惠州市海绵城市建设工作方案》的要求,论文探讨了科融新城海绵城市建设系统的构建,提出了科融新城海绵城市建设的技术措施,以保障科融新城安全、生态和可持续性的发展,可为其他城市的海绵城市建设提供借鉴。

An important goal for building a spongecity is effective in controlling runoffand pollution problems. According to the October 2016 ＂Huizhou Sponge City Construction Work Programme＂requirements, this papers discusses the structure of the construction system of the sponge city of the Huizhou City kerong New Town, put forward the technical measures of the construction of the sponge city of the kerong New Town, in order to ensure the safety, ecology and sustainable development of the Kerong New Town, and provide a reference for the construction of other city of the sponge city.
