Research on Project Claims Based on FIDIC Construction Contract Conditions

工程索赔是保障合同当事人(业主、承包商)自身权益的重要措施,也是合同管理的核心内容,代表了合同双方的合同管理水平,工程索赔已逐渐在国际承包市场引起重视。论文以1987年第四版菲迪克施工合同条件(红皮书)为依据,重点论述工程索赔的基本要素,以供参考。

Project claim is an important measure to protect the rights and interests of the parties to the contract （the owner, the contractor） and the core of contract management. It represents the contract management level of both parties. This paper focuses on the basic elements of projcot claim based on the conditions of construction contract（red book） in the fourth edition of 1987.
