原发性睾丸淋巴瘤复发致以坐骨神经痛为表现的神经淋巴瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 坐骨神经痛常由腰椎疾病、坐骨神经外伤、神经纤维鞘瘤、梨状肌综合征等引起,其他导致坐骨神经痛的原因则相对少见.2017年4月,我院神经内科收治1例左侧坐骨神经痛患者,经肌电图、神经超声、MRI、PET-CT、手术病理等多种技术手段联合分析,最终确诊为神经淋巴瘤（neurolymphomatosis,NL）.NL是指淋巴瘤直接浸润周围神经系统,临床上以末梢神经、神经丛、神经根损害为主要表现,是非霍奇金淋巴瘤极其罕见的淋巴结外表现.现报道如下.
