绿色生态城市的规划建设研究

近几年,随着城市的发展,"绿色生态城市"的概念被提出,但未形成统一的标准。绿色生态城市更加注重城市建设以人为本,将人、环境、经济、社会等高效协调,建设一个和谐、健康、可持续发展的人类聚居地。故从绿色生态城市的基本内涵出发,提出绿色生态城市的规划设计内容;通过对目前国内绿色生态城市评价体系分析,提出绿色生态城市的规划控制指标。结合以上理论,提出兰考县绿色生态城市的规划策略,希望以此为其他城市提供可行性参考。

In recent years, with the development of the city, the concept of ＂green ecological city＂ has been proposed, but no unified standard has been formed. Green ecological cities pay more attention to the people-oriented urban construction, coordinate people, the environment, the economy, and the society, and build a harmonious, healthy and sustainable human settlement. Therefore, starting from the basic connotation of green eco-city, the content of planning and design of green eco-city is put forward through the analysis of the current domestic green eco-city evaluation system, the planning control index of green eco-city is proposed. Combining the above theories, the planning strategy of Lankao County＇s green ecological city is proposed, and hopefully this will provide a feasible reference for other cities.
