摘要
为研究宽幅斜拉桥在施工荷载作用下膺架的受力行为,以便对桥梁进行准确的施工控制,以都匀滨江大桥施工膺架为工程背景,采用有限元软件对于跨越污水处理池的膺架体系进行了施工荷载作用下的受力分析.对分析过程中出现不满足受力要求的部分杆件进行了优化设计,并对优化设计后的施工膺架杆件进行了强度和稳定性分析.分析表明,通过优化设计以后的桥梁施工膺架在承载力方面得到很大提高,分析结果可为现场施工监测提供数据支持.
In order to study the behavior of scaffolding under the construction of wide cable-stayed bridge,the construction process is controlled accurately.Based on the scaffolding of Duyun Riverside Bridge,the finite element software is used to analyze the scaffold system under the construction load.The bars which do not meet the force requirement in the process are optimized.Then strength and stability analysis of the scaffold is conducted by the finite element software.The analysis shows that the bearing capacity of the scaffold for the bridge has been greatly improved by optimizing design.The analysis results can provide data support for construction monitoring.
