为缓解国家相关煤炭供给政策对煤炭企业的影响,改变煤炭企业以经验数据为依据进行产能分配的现状,以神华神东煤炭集团为例,分析了通过实施定制精准生产管理体系,以效益测算的相关数据判断市场定制需求的必要性及可行性,并按照测算结果进行产能分配,从而达到优化资源配置,降低生产成本,提升企业利润及管理水平的目标。
