羟考酮在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果观察

摘要 目的观察羟考酮在麻醉过程中对血流动力学的影响和术后镇痛效果。方法收集2015—2017年于深圳市龙岗区中医院行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者93例,随机分为对照组46例和观察组47例。两组诱导麻醉和维持麻醉相同,手术结束前15min对照组给予地佐辛5mg,观察组给予羟考酮0.1mg/kg。比较两组患者的血流动力学指标和疼痛评分。结果两组患者不同时间点MAP和HR差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组患者术后2h和4h的VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);而其余时间点VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论羟考酮用于妇科腹腔镜手术对于血流动力学无明显影响,术后短期镇痛效果好。 Objective To observe postoperative hemodynamics and analgesic effect of oxycodone in the process of anesthesia. Methods A total of 93 women underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery were collected in Traditional Chinese Medicine of Longgang District from 2015 to 2017, and were randomly divided into observation group (47 cases) and control group (46 cases). The two groups adopted same anesthesia induction and maintenance. The observation group was treated with oxycodone (0.1 mg/kg) at 15 minutes before the end of the operation, and the control group accepted 5mg dezocine. The postoperative bemodynamics and pain scores were compared between two groups. Results The MAP and HR were not significantly different at different time points between two groups (P〉0.05). The VAS scores of 2 h and 4 h after the operation were significantly different (P〈0.05), while there were no significant differences at other time points (P〉0.05). Conclusion The application of oxycodone in gynecological laparoscopic surgery has no significant influence on hemodynamics, and it has a good short-term analgesic effect.
