摘要
为提升装焊车间涂胶质量和节拍,通过比较手工涂胶方式和自动化涂胶方式,以某车型的前车门为例,结合平面图、产能规划、技术标准、方案设计、安装调试等要求,阐述门涂胶自动化工作站规划。
In order to improve the quality and tempo of the coating in body shop,by comparing the manual gluing method and the automatic gluing method, taking the front door of a vehicle as an example, combined with the plan, capacity planning, technical standard, program design, installation and adjusting, elaborate door glue automated workstation planning.
