基于关键链思想的造船企业投资项目管理研究

造船行业多年处于低谷时期,此时开展投资活动有利于企业转型,躲避造船行业不景气给企业带来的损失。对于船舶制造企业来说,投资项目管理是当下面临的十分有挑战性的管理活动,造船企业需要细致的、科学的规范企业投资项目管理,避免投资项目的风险给企业带来损失,从而提高企业的收益。如何科学的、有效的规范企业的投资行为,成为当下造船企业面临的重要解决目标。本文基于关键链多项目管理的概念,对造船企业投资项目管理流程进行优化,同时充分考虑人为因素对于造船企业投资项目进度计划的影响,在关键链多项目管理的基础上提出造船企业投资项目管理流程的优化。

The shipbuilding industry has been in a low period for many years. Today, the development of investment activities is beneficial to the transformation of enterprises, and avoid the losses caused by the recession in shipbuilding industry. For shipbuilding enterprises, investment project management is a very challenging management activity at present. In order to avoid the losses caused by risk of investment projects, shipbuilding enterprises need to carefully and scientifically regulate enterprise investment project management. How to scientifically and effectively regulate the investment behavior of enterprises has become an important solution for shipbuilding enterprises. This paper is based on the concept of key chain multi project management, optimization of investment project management process for shipbuilding enterprises. At the same time, we should fully consider the impact of human factors on shipbuilding enterprise investment project schedule. On the basis of key chain multi project management, the optimization of shipbuilding enterprise investment project management process is put forward.
