渭北苏区:“半红半白”苏区的初创——从习仲勋《关于渭北苏区》讲话谈起

Weibei Soviet Area: The Creation of the Semi-red and Semi-white Soviet area——A Study Based on Xi Zhongxun's Speech about Weibei Soviet Area

在全国革命低潮的1927-1928年间,渭北地区事实上形成了西北第一个"半红半白"的苏区。在创建苏区的过程中,渭北的党组织主要依靠本地党员,从满足群众生存诉求和经济利益入手,由农会等群众性组织控制政治生活,进而主导社会秩序,实现革命动员,确立领导秩序和革命威权。渭北苏区"半红半白"的特点及其开创的隐性革命新路,体现了中国革命的不平衡性,彰显了渭北地区中国共产党人实事求是的精神和勇闯新路的政治担当。

Between 1927 and 1928,during the failure of the national revolution in South of China,in the vicinity of the Guanzhong area under the powerful enemy＇s control,the Weibei rural area actually formed the first ＂ semi-red and semi-white＂ Soviet area in the northwest of China. In the process of creating the Soviet area,mainly based on local communist party members,the CPC＇s local organization of Weibei Soviet area firstly satisfied the survival demand and economic interests of the masses,and let mass organizations such as the peasant association to control political life; and then led the social order,realized revolutionary mobilization,established leadership order and revolutionary authority. The feature of the semi-red and semi-white Soviet area and the new model of implicit revolution have reflected the imbalance of the Chinese revolution,showed the CPC＇s local organization of Weibei＇s spirit of seeking truth from facts and the political responsibility of pioneering a new road.
