通过汽车OBD接口识读车辆识别代号的应用研究

本文介绍了通过汽车OBD接口识读车辆识别代号电子信息的背景、“OBD电子车辆识别代号识读系统”设计原理和该系统与机动车查验智能终端对接开展查验工作的业务流程和功能，分析了系统目前存在的问题，并提出了尽快制定OBD诊断系统及协议国家标准的建议。“OBD电子车辆识别代号识读系统”的应用提高了查验工作的效率和准确性，为打击盗抢车，非法拼装、组装机动车提供了有效的技术手段。

This paper introduced the background of the reading of electronic information of the vehicle identification code through the OBD interface of motor vehicle, the business process and functions when interfacing the system with the motor vehicle inspection smart terminal, good results achieved in the practical application and the existing problems. It proposed to formulate the national standards as soon as possible for the development of the OBD diagnostic system and protocol. The application of ＂OBD Electronic Vehicle Identification Code Recognition System＂ has improved efficiency and accuracy of the motor vehicle inspection work and has provided effective technical measures for combating the theft, the illegal remodeling and the assembly of motor vehicles.
