福利多元主义理论自20世纪70年代以来,经过不断的发展和丰富,已成为福利国家社会政策领域新的理论范式和主流,引起了学界和政策制定者的广泛关注和认同,尤其是该理论所主张福利来源的多元化原则已获得广泛认可。然而,由于理论本身仍然存在一些值得探讨的问题,在应用过程中也会存在一些欠缺和漏洞。因此,未来的研究既要注重理论体系的内在完备性,又要重视理论应用过程中的适用性,以推动学术研究的丰富和创新。

Since the 1970s, welfare pluralism theory has undergone continuous development and enrichment. It has become a new theoretical paradigm and mainstream in the social policy field of the welfare states, which has aroused widespread concern and recognition among academics and policy makers ,especially the theory advocated the diversity of welfare source principle has gained wide acceptance. However, due to the fact that there are some problems worth discussing in the theory itself, there will be some shortcomings and loopholes in the application process. Therefore, future research should not only focus on the intrinsic completeness of the theoretical system, but also on the applicability of the theoretical application process in order to promote the richness and innovation of academic research.
