摘要
文章系统梳理了自20世纪70年代以来日本老龄护理制度的变动,着重介绍了日本地区综合关怀体系的建设,提出现阶段中国完善老龄护理制度、推进医养结合和社区护理资源整合的建议。
This article viewed the evolution of Japan＇s long-term care insurance system since 1970s, highlighted the reform initiated in 2005, and elaborated the construction of community inclusive care system. Enlightenments to promote development of related system design and implementation of long-term care in China based on Japan＇s experience were provided.
