心理社会治疗在疏解失能老人家庭照护者压力中的运用

The Application of Psychosocial Therapy in Stress Relief for Family Caregivers of Disable Elderly People

以一位失能老人家庭照护者为个案,采用心理社会治疗模式进行个案服务介入,帮助失能老人家庭照护者进行压力疏解。通过对照护者的需求评估,发现家庭照护者面临的主要压力包括与家人、失能老人家属的沟通不畅;照护工作内容繁杂;缺乏社会支持等。结合对照护者的直接介入与围绕照护者家人、失能老人家庭的间接介入,最终实现其与家人关系的正常化,与失能老人家属和谐相处。

By taking a family caregiver of a disabled old person as a case, the case social work intervention was conducted using the psychosocial treatment model to relieve pressure of the family caregiver. Through the assessment of the caregiver＇s needs, it was found that the main pressures faced by caregivers include poor communication between family caregivers and her family members and the family of the disabled elderly, the content of care work is complex and lack of social support. Combined with the direct intervention of the caregiver and the indirect intervention of family members of the caregiver and the disabled elderly.The normalization of the relationship with her family members was finally achieved. She and the family members of the disabled elderlyget along well with each other.
