以“他者性”师生关系理论指导教学资源库建设刍议

摘要 师生关系是高等教育中最重要的人际关系。随着终身学习、碎片化学习、泛在学习、网络学习等各种学习形态和学习载体的出现,传统师生关系发生了变化,以"学习者为中心",注重学习者体验的特点更为突出,"他者性"师生关系理论应当受到关注。教学资源库是信息化社会下进行知识管理和教学的一个重要手段及形态,是研究信息化社会中师生关系的有效视角,因此,以职业教育教学资源库为切入点对"他者性"师生关系理论进行解读,以"他者性"师生关系理论为指导建设教学资源库。 Teacher-student relationship is the most important interpersonal relationship in higher education. With the growth of all kinds of learning styles and learning carriers, such as life-long learning, fragmented learning, ubiquitous learning and network learning etc., the traditional teacher-student relationship has changed a lot. We highlight the concept of learner-centeredness,putting more emphasis on the experiences of learners. The theory of "otherness" relationship between teachers and students should be paid more attention to. The unique mode of work-study combination in vocational education needs to reflect the otherness. In the information age, the teaching resources base is an important means and form of knowledge management and supporting teaching. It is an effective perspective to study the relationship between teachers and students in this age. Therefore,this article aims to take the vocational education legal secretarial teaching resources base as a section to interpret the theory of the otherness relationship between teachers and students.
